Mauve? Micro Gallery is currently undergoing a shift in identity and branding through the development of a new web entity to be unveiled early this year: MAUVE? OFFICE of EXHIBITION.
Mauve? is delighted to be collaborating with Miss Nakashima, our Web Designer and Architect.
Elena Nakashima began her education pursuing a degree in New Media Art in Honolulu, Hawaii. Two years later she received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drawing and Painting from the University of Hawaii. That same year, she began working at the Honolulu Weekly where her attention was brought to the art of Graphic Design.Please feel free to get in touch: enakashima.com
During her two years in Desktop Publishing, she studied design and typography, did work for high-end fashion retailer Hermés and won a statewide award for cover design.
She currently lives and freelances out of San Francisco for clients, such as Eveo and American Apparel. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, reading, and listening to music.
